The Members Congress is the power organ of Dalian Commodity Exchange and constituted of all members.

The Board of Directors is the standing entity of the Members Congress and reports to Members Congress.

Appointed by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the President and Chief Executive Officer is the legal representative of DCE, takes charge of daily operation, organizes and implements the systems and decision approved by the Members Congress and board of Directors.
