| Introduction |

The 7th China International Oils and Oilseeds Conference (CIOC), jointly organized by Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) and Bursa Malaysia Derivatives (BMD), will be held in Shangri-La Hotel Guangzhou, China on November 7th-8th, 2012.
DCE, the second largest agricultural futures market in the world, and Bursa Malaysia, the fully-integrated exchange holding company in Malaysia, has built up a strategic relationship of cooperation since 2006, and jointly, to better serve for investors and for global oils and oilseeds industry, has organized the CIOC annually as the sister event for POC, which provide a high-level platform of information exchange and networking for both spot and futures markets of oils and oilseeds. With strong support by investors and industry, the CIOC has currently been a brand annual event for the industry and attracts over 700 audiences from over 20 countries every year.
