DCE LLDPE Futures Delivery Quality Standard (F/DCE L001-2007)
1. Content and Scope 1.1 The Standard herein dictates the quality guidelines, classification standards and inspection methods for LLDPE futures contracts delivered at the DCE. 1.2 The standard herein applies to standard LLDPE futures contracts delivered at the DCE. 2. Normative References The following documents' provisions, by means of this standard's citation, have become this standard's provisions. For those documents noted with dates, their amendments and revised versions have not been applied to this standard; for those without noted dates, their latest version has been applied to this standard. GB/T 6678 "Chemical Sample Regulations" GB/T 6679 "Solid Industrial Chemical Sample Regulations" GB/T 15182 "LLDPE Resin" 3. Technical Requirements 3.1 LLDPE should have its natural color, and cylindrical or oblate-shaped particles; the size of the grains in any direction should be within 2-5mm; there should be no mixing of metals or mechanical impurities. 3.2 LLDPE quality indicators should meet the requirements listed in Table 1. 4. Testing Methods 4.1 Sampling requirements are subject to the rules of GB/T 6678 and GB/T 6679. 4.2 Quality index inspection is subject to the rules of GB/T 15182. 5. Labeling, Packaging and Storage 5.1 Labeling LLDPE product labels should be clearly attached to the packaging. The labels should include the following information: trademark, product name, manufacturer name, product standard number, product grade, batch number and net weight. 5.2 Packaging Products should be packaged in the original manufacturer's or other authorized packaging, and the packaged product should weigh 25kg. Packaging materials should ensure the product can be safely transported multiple times, easily piled, stored without leaking or being contaminated, and should be waterproof and dustproof. 5.3 Storage LLDPE should be stored in warehouses that are well-ventilated, dry, clean and equipped with adequate fire safety facilities. The materials should be kept away from heat and direct sunlight, and it is prohibited to store them in the open air. 6. Additional notes The DCE is responsible for the interpretation of the standard herein.
