PVC Delivery Standards

Standard PVC quality standards are in line with the national standard outlined in "The General-Purpose PVC Resin Suspension Method (GB / T 5761-2006)" for SG5 first-class products.  High-class products may be substituted for first-class products for delivery, and there are no premiums or discounts for either class.

DCE-recommended PVC manufacturers and brands should be able to provide materials stipulated in "The DCE No.1 Soybeans, No.2 Soybeans, Corn, LLDPE and PVC Standard Warehouse Receipt Management Measures," and after examination and approval a warehouse may be exempted from quality inspection.  The enterprise qualifications and list of DCE-recommended PVC manufacturer and brands is determined and published by the DCE.

DCE-appointed PVC delivery warehouses are categorized as benchmark and non-benchmark warehouses, and they are located in Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other areas.  The DCE may adjust the specified delivery warehouses as it deems appropriate. 

Products should be packaged in the original manufacturer's or other authorized packaging, and the packaging should be clearly labeled with the trademark, product name, product standard number, net weight, manufacturer's name, manufacturer's address, and product model.

Packaging materials should be lined with a kraft paper bag, polypropylene bag, or a kraft paper/ polypropylene combination bag, and they should guarantee that the packaging is not damaged during normal transportation or storage, that the product does not become contaminated, and that there is no leakage.  The net weight of each package should be 25 ¡À 0.2kg, 40 packages per ton, and there should be no overflow or shortage. 

The cost of the packaging should be included in the PVC contract price.
