Basic Requirements:
1. Earned a master's degree or above from an overseas institution and obtained academic certification from the Ministry of Education's Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange;
2. Under 40 years of age;
3. Studied financial engineering, computer science and technology or other related field at a foreign institution;
4. Work experience at a futures exchange or large financial institution abroad engaged in research, development, IT planning and maintenance, etc.
