Who can participate in the DCE's futures market?
According to China's laws and regulations, only the following individuals and organizations are allowed to participate in the DCE's futures market:
• Citizens of the People's Republic of China
• Corporations or other economic organizations that are registered in the People's Republic of China

Who can become of a member of the DCE?
According to China's laws and regulations, only legal entities such as corporations or other economic institutions that are registered in the People's Republic of China may become members of the DCE.  Individuals may not become members of the DCE.

What delivery methods have the DCE adopted?
At the present time, the DCE has only adopted physical delivery.  Cash settlements are not permitted.

Outside of China, how can I receive the DCE's product quotes?
There are a number of different methods to obtain DCE futures quotes outside of China.  First, you may visit the DCE's English website, which provides delayed quotes for free 24/7.  You may also contact DCE's licensed overseas information distributors to purchase quote information services.  These licensed distributors are: Bloomberg, THOMSON REUTERS, Interactive Data Corporation, and CQG, INC.
