Starting on February 22, 2010, trading will commence in the following newly-listed contracts:  LLDPE L1102 contract, RBD Palm Olein P1102 contract, PVC V1102 contract.  The following are the benchmark prices for each contract:
  L1102 contract: CNY 12,050 / ton
  P1102 contract: CNY 6,830 / ton
  V1102 contract: CNY 8,095 / ton
